With over a decade of experience in senior claims and operations roles across both Lloyd’s and London markets, Vicky has worked on data analysis, technology enabled change, regulatory and compliance matters, outsourcing and customer service on projects spanning the world. She enjoys managing our product and market strategy as well as liaising with our client base.

She holds an MBA from Durham University, an undergraduate Law degree and holds Chartered Insurer status with the ACII qualification.
